Iron fingers, ugly, big hairy arms. Old Hag, Water Witch, She Devil and lives at lake
Hoards gold, poisonous bite, fire breathing, angered by theft if golden cup, killed by Wiglaf and Beowulf.
Mighty warrior, prince of feats, kills monsters and seeks fame
Beowulf’s nephew, becomes king, help fights dragon
